Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 March 2026

These Terms govern your use of the LabelMitra Windows desktop application and related subscription services (“Service”). By installing or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Software ownership

LabelMitra is owned and developed by TECH-CITY Research & Consulting (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. All intellectual property rights remain with us. No ownership is transferred to you.

2. Licence

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use LabelMitra on one computer during your active trial or paid subscription period. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or share licence credentials.

3. Trial

New users may access a 7-day free trial or print limit of 30 or design limit of 3 after mobile OTP verification. Trial ends when the 7 days finish or when those print or design limits are reached, as shown in the application.

4. Subscription and billing

Monthly (Rs 499) and Yearly (Rs 4,990) plans — prices inclusive of GST as shown at checkout
Subscriptions are purchased inside the app via Razorpay and auto-renew until you cancel auto-pay
Cancelling auto-pay stops future charges; access continues until the end of your paid period
GST tax invoices are available in-app for eligible purchases

5. Your data

Your label designs and business data remain on your computer. We process only account, subscription and billing information needed to provide the Service.

6. Service availability

LabelMitra runs locally on your PC. Subscription verification requires periodic internet access. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

We may suspend access for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the software.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
