This policy describes how TECH-CITY Research & Consulting (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the LabelMitra Windows desktop application and our subscription services.

1. Data we collect

Name, mobile number and email when you register or subscribe
Licence key and subscription or payment status
Technical logs from the subscription server (activation, payment verification)
Optional billing details (legal name, GSTIN) if you opt in for GST tax invoices

2. Data we do not collect

Label designs, Excel files and print jobs remain on your computer. We do not upload or store your label content on our servers.

Activating your trial and subscription
Customer support and account management
Generating GST tax invoices where applicable
Improving the product

4. Data sharing

We do not sell customer data. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is completely secure.

6. Data retention

We retain account and billing records during your active subscription and for a limited period thereafter for legal and tax compliance.

7. Your rights

You may request correction of your account details or closure of your subscription account by contacting us at contactus@labelmitra.com.
